I am unsure about who this artist is but it grabbed my eye in my search for textual based art. What I do know about the artist is that his user name is myking and he is from Brazil. It comes from the behance.net/gallery/design/294247
It is a very graphic digital image with one strong phrase. I enjoy the images incorporated with the text. I like the use of cmyk color, indicating obvious use of the computer. The print is two dimensional while there is a visual depth with the magenta popping forward. It is a balanced composition with circular symmetrical design.
The text also can also be read literally as all the images in the piece are white but can also be read on a deeper level about filling the silence of uncomfortable subjects. It is a good use of a politically active statement as well as a successful artwork.
Very nice descripton Mirida. Do you really see this as a political statement? It seems so designed to me that I wonder what is being sold? Or is that why you see it as political?
