Nice textures! Where is the finished work though? I would like to see it posted along with any preliminary studies you made. Think of the blog as a sketchbook: post images, write about your process, link to artists you like, and just go nuts with it. Oh, and go look at the other student blogs and hassle them with your comments as well.
